Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 June 2026

By using allclear ("the service") you agree to these terms. Please read them, especially the section on what you may scan.

What allclear does

allclear runs read-only, non-destructive security checks against a web app you own and against repositories you connect, and returns a report with findings and suggested fixes. It does not modify, attack, or break your app.

Only scan what you own. You may only use allclear on websites and repositories that you own or are clearly authorized to test. Scanning a site or codebase you do not control may be illegal, and you are solely responsible for that. This is why the deep scan requires a one-time ownership proof before it runs.

Your responsibilities

Payments and refunds

No refunds. Because access is granted instantly and digitally, all payments are final once completed. Please be sure before you pay.

No guarantee of complete security

allclear helps you find common, high-signal problems. It is a useful tool, not a full security audit or a guarantee. A clean result does not mean your app is free of every vulnerability. You remain responsible for your own security decisions. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, allclear and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Accounts and access

You access allclear with a verified email. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove access if these terms are broken, particularly the rule on scanning only what you own.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will update the date above, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of India.
